By referencing domestic architecture, furniture and rock climbing, can you stay just a little bit longer? calls to question what it means to care, to love, where/how support truly exists, and what we can learn from the spaces and structures that surround and hold us. The “rocks” and “structures” held (up or onto), were supported, and were resting. Considering furniture and architecture as spaces of refuge, the wooden structures riffed off of them in their physicality. The “rocks”, often clung onto the architecture and the structures, but also acted as supports for (or on) them.
